'LOCAL FOODS FORUM' - IRON CHEF COOK-OFF ![]() The 'Local Foods Forum' concluded with an exciting Iron Chef Cook-Off featuring Chef Jeff Andre, Biggs 155 Diner in Lakeport, and Chef Jeremy Zabel, Saw Shop Gallery & Bistro. The chefs were given 45 minutes to prepare a dish using ingredients they first saw just 5 minutes before the competition began. Their eight judges included four adults and four children. The final scores found Chef Andre edging out Chef Zabel by only three points. |

Preparing dishes for a panel of both adult and child judges presented the chefs with unique challenges. The Chef's creations were rated on taste, creativity and presentation. |
